Roles and responsibilities
The Dynamics 365 techno functional consultant is a part of applications team, working on managing D365 ERP, CRM and various enterprise applications, with strong expertise in Azure DevOps,
LCS, API’s and Agile/Hybrid methodologies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, presentation and vendor management skills, as well as proficiency in Project Management.
Role And Responsibilities
- Manage the dynamics 365 ERP/CRM platform, ensuring smooth operation.
- Having banking industry domain knowledge to continuous optimization across all business functions.
- Leverage LCS for environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting within the D365 ecosystem.
- Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between D365 and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders (Vendors/Cross department teams/Management) to understand functional requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and enhancement of enterprise applications.
- Apply agile/hybrid methodologies to deliver solutions in an iteration and efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction on D365 development, configuration, and customization efforts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and system documentations to stakeholders, clearly articulation technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Domain Exertise
- In-depth knowledge of D365 finance and operations (ERP) and customer engagement (CRM).
- Expertise in using Azure DevOps for managing development pipelines, version control, and CI/CD processes.
- Proficient in using LCS for managing D365 environments, diagnostics, and deployments.
- Strong understanding of API’s and integration techniques to ensure D365 communicatees effectively with other enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in applying Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies for delivering on time projects.
- Expertise in managing other enterprise applications in banking or similar industries, alongside D365.
- Familiarity with banking, financial, services, or similar industries, including regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management.

Desired candidate profile
5+ years experience working with D365 ERP/CRM, including implementation, customization and support of the platform.
3+ years’ experience working in managing projects using agile or hybrid methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field, IT, CS, IS, Software Engineering, Finance or Business Administration.
Proficient in using LCS for managing D365 environments, diagnostics, and deployments.
Strong understanding of API’s and integration techniques to ensure D365 communicatees effectively with other enterprise systems.
Proficiency in applying Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies for delivering on time projects.
Expertise in managing other enterprise applications in banking or similar industries, alongside D365.
Familiarity with banking, financial, services, or similar industries, including regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management.
Experience in leading end-to-end projects, from requirement gathering to implementation and post go-live support.
