Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising, or public relations executives by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental communications, and managing external communications.
  • Maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels.
  • Development and refinement of marketing goals, advertising and social media strategies, promotional activities, and branding strategies in consultation with Executive management and Corporate Strategy.
  • Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in the Public Transport , and Limousine businesses.
  • Develop and implement plans for continual improvement public's perception of company's Services, brand, and company’s image.
  • Directing the creation of internal communications, press releases and speeches given by executives, as well as Web and social media presence within the domain of communications management.
  • All and any other assigned tasks related to direct or indirect impact on company’s Business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Personal Attributes

  • Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative communication strategies and content.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications.

Desired candidate profile

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., APR, CMP) can be a plus.
Key Skills
Writing and Editing: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content for various audiences.
Media Relations: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with media representatives and managing press releases.
Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies for effective engagement.
Experience
experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Campaign Experience: Involvement in planning and executing communication campaigns or initiatives.
Technical Skills
Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, email marketing, content management systems).
Graphic Design Skills: Basic skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visuals to accompany communications.
Soft Skills
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
