Job Description
- Operate forklifts or other powered industrial trucks to load unload and transport products or materials.
- Move materials to and from storage areas loading docks and delivery vehicles.
- Stack and organize products in the warehouse according to company standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures while handling materials.
- Assist with inventory control by tracking material movements.
- Perform physical counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Support other warehouse activities including order picking packing when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience with Raymond reach trucks.
- Experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic math and computer skills.
