Job Description
Korzen Health is working with one of the largest healthcare systems in the area.
We are currently hiring a PMHNP for Telehealth position in SC. You must possess a SC NP license with SC DEA.
Job details:
- Overnight schedule (7p7a) on 7on7off schedules.
- Providing overnight call for our hospitals in South Carolina. The roles are remote/tele so the providers can reside anywhere so long as they have license and DEA in South Carolina.
- Soft call not a constant staffing arrangement:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess clients mental health status medication needs and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists social workers and medical staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medication for clients with a focus on minimizing side effects and monitoring for drug interactions.
- Provide medication education to clients and family members to ensure proper compliance and understanding.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress treatment adjustments and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Stay uptodate on best practices new research and medications related to psychiatric and behavioral health care.
