Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently and effectively
- Manage and maintain client hardware and software inventories
- Assist with device deployment refresh and disposal
- Offer enduser training and support
- Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop operating systems hardware and software
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both Greek and English
