Our client is a global leader in child mobility making family travel safer with their range of child seats and pushchairs. They were founded in Ulm Germany in 1871 and has been setting new standards for the child safety industry for 50 years thanks to our great people.

They are looking for a Quality Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Technical management of a team of 4 employees (2direct reports) direct reporting line to the Group Quality Director.
- Maintenance of current certifications according to IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001.
- Tasks around sustainability (Packaging Regulation Battery Law WEEE EN 2023/1115 Deforestation Regulation LkSG; EN 2023/988 Product Safety Conflict Material Report. (3TG) SVHC/ REACH SAQ Sustainability SEDEX)
- Ensuring a consistently high level of quality throughout the company and compliance with the agreed/specified quality targets.
- Continuous recording of qualityrelevant data analysis of quality indicators and derivation of alternative courses of action and their implementation.
- Planning and conducting internal audits.
- Managing the monitoring analysis auditing and improvement of all qualityrelevant processes.
- Ensuring production quality by contributing to the control of production processes.
- Organization of complaint checks and analysis as part of quality assurance.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering specializing in quality management automotive engineering electrical engineering or production engineering or comparable studies.
- Additional training and experience in QM.
- At least 8 years of professional experience including in the automotive sector and a global environment.
- Initial management experience in the field is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality management and modern quality techniques.
- Experience in carrying out certifications and audits.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Systematic and independent way of working.
- Ability to work in a team especially in an intercultural environment.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness strength and experience to change processes and make a difference.
- Willingness to travel.
