Lead Solutions Architect

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead and drive our SAP implementation projects. In this role, you will define the architecture and design solutions, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end implementation process. You will take ownership of stakeholder engagement, securing buy-in from business leaders while collaborating closely to gather requirements and ensure the alignment of solutions with business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of SAP roadmaps, architectures, and standards that align with our organizational goals. You will play a crucial role in integrating new systems with existing ones, overseeing data migration, and facilitating testing processes to ensure smooth transitions.

As an expert in SAP modules, specifically in FICO, SD, and MM, you will provide guidance on configuration and optimization efforts. Your experience will be pivotal in supporting business-as-usual (BAU) activities, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges as they arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT teams to ensure that our SAP solutions align seamlessly with the overall enterprise architecture.

Desired candidate profile

Training and knowledge transfer are vital aspects of this role. You will develop and deliver training programs for both end-users and IT teams, ensuring that everyone is equipped to utilize the SAP system effectively. Your holistic experience across various SAP modules, particularly in functional solution design for SAP S/4HANA, will be instrumental in this regard.

To excel in this position, you should possess extensive knowledge of SAP integration, architecture, and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be leading cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Your experience with multiple SAP implementations and upgrades will also be crucial, as will any relevant certifications in SAP Solution Architecture or related fields.
