Job Description

Digital Web Publisher Remote

Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a dedicated professional to support their digital presence management platform. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager Advisor Sales & Marketing Support this role is essential for maintaining and optimizing advisor workspaces. The successful candidate will work closely with internal partners to ensure the platform remains current and efficient providing the necessary resources and support to achieve this goal.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $31.03 based on experience.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Review compare and update approved user hierarchy information for advisor workspaces using the digital presence management platform.
Collaborate and communicate closely with internal business partners regarding the digital platform hierarchy and advisor workspaces.
Assist in identifying opportunities for enhancements to the overall hierarchy structure.
Review Hearsay hierarchy information and compare it with data from other attached platforms.
Update hierarchy information within Excel spreadsheets.
Perform administrative tasks including maintaining user databases and conducting detailed data reviews.

What you will need to succeed:

Postsecondary education in administration business or a related field preferably within the financial services industry.
25 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Sound judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to new digital platforms including Hearsay Systems Clarica Webtool and other website or social media tools.
Experience in a collaborative small team environment with a flexible and innovative mindset.
Understanding of the financial services industry is preferred.
Solid decisionmaking problemsolving and persuasive skills.
Experience coordinating projects is considered an asset.
