You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Ripon WI you will lead and support your team in the Dryer area. This role is pivotal in coordinating daily activities to meet production requirements ensuring the success of your team members. The working hours for this position are from 2:30 PM to 1 AM Monday through Thursday with the possibility of overtime on Fridays.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have 13 years of experience in a medium/high volume fastpaced manufacturing environment.
2. Do you have experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations as well as a basic understanding of die setup and maintenance would be beneficial.
3. Are you selfdriven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities including providing coaching mentoring and supervision within a team environment.
4. Do you have experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel).
5. Do you have a Bachelors degree in business Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred.
6. Do you have previous Assembly line supervision experience would be preferred.
7. Do you have a basic understanding of process control production scheduling Kaizen Kanban and Lean manufacturing is preferred.
8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
