URGENT HIRING: GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative for Leading Cruise Line Remote Start Date: 21st October 2024

Cross Border Talents is currently recruiting Germanspeaking professionals for a Customer Service position with one of our top BPO partners supporting a Leading Cruise Line project. This is an urgent and unique opportunity to contribute to a highprofile client in the travel industry offering professional growth remote work and competitive compensation.

Start Date: 21st October 2024

Compensation: 1100 EURper month (x14) Sales Bonus up to 120EUR

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for this prestigious cruise line project you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support across a range of customer needs:

• Handling inbound calls: Assist customers in booking their cruise packages providing them with tailored recommendations to meet their travel preferences.
• Crossselling and upselling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Postbooking support: Manage postbooking inquiries and assist customers with modifications to their reservations.
• Travel agent support: Provide guidance and support to travel agents handling cruise bookings for their clients.
• Cruiserelated information: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers regarding destinations ships required documentation pricing and general travel inquiries.

You will be expected to provide professional solutionoriented customer support while also focusing on maximizing sales opportunities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 17:00
• Occasional extended hours: Availability from 08:00 19:00 may be required occasionally
• Days off: Rotative schedule with 2 days off per week

Comprehensive Training:

You will undergo an indepth training and onboarding process designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in your role:

• 2week initial training: Focused on cruise products systems and customer service best practices.
• 2week nesting period: Handson practice with live customer interactions under the guidance of experienced team members.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 1100EUR per month paid 14 times annually
• Sales Bonus: Potential to earn up to 120 EUR per month based on performance

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2): Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English (B2): Ability to handle communication and training in English.
• Salesdriven: Comfortable with crossselling and upselling to increase customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Customerfocused: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Availability: Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and occasional extended hours.
• Tech proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
