Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to take on the role of author, content creator, SEO specialist, and social media manager for a blog and influencer marketing platform. This position is designed for a long-term collaboration, and we estimate a commitment of approximately 30 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Management:
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the SEO performance of our website. This includes monitoring existing content, conducting keyword analysis, and making necessary content adjustments to improve search visibility. Please note that technical SEO tasks will be handled by another team member, with ongoing collaboration to ensure cohesive efforts.

2. Content Creation:
We require the production of 2-3 high-quality articles each month. These articles should be crafted with strong SEO relevance and engaging themes. You will also be responsible for translating these articles into four additional languages using Deepl, followed by internal proofreading by native speakers to ensure accuracy and fluency before publication.

3. Marketing Campaigns:
You will play a crucial role in developing discount and marketing campaigns that are closely tied to the articles. This will involve creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions, as well as designing and executing mailing strategies to reach our audience effectively.

4. Newsletter Management:
You will create and distribute 2-3 newsletters or targeted customer mailings each month. These communications should be crafted in German and other languages, focusing on delivering valuable content and promotions to our subscribers.

5. Social Media Management:
Your role will also encompass managing our social media presence. You are expected to create and schedule 4-5 engaging posts for our Instagram and Facebook accounts each month, designed to foster community engagement and promote our blog content.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and social media management.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is essential, along with the ability to manage translations effectively.
• Creativity: A strong sense of creativity and an eye for detail are crucial for producing compelling content and marketing materials.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration and engagement with our audience.
