Position: Inside Sales Executive

Description:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Munich. As an Inside Sales Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies for the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans for your territory.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation networking and relationship building.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM ensuring all sales activities are documented.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Drive valuebased selling approach to clients and channel partners.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and managing multiple sales cycles.
  • Strong phone presence with experience in proactive calling.
  • Selfmotivated with an autonomous work approach.
  • Excellent communication presentation and writing skills.
  • Expertise in driving a valuebased selling approach to clients and partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
