Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python and R, utilizing these languages for data analysis, modeling, and algorithm development. A solid foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and linear algebra is essential. You should also have experience with bioinformatics tools for DNA sequence analysis, such as BLAST, Plink, and GATK. Familiarity with multi-level methods, including BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator) and REML (Restricted Maximum Likelihood), will further enhance your capability in this role.
