Mobile Application Developer

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Tester to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of automated test cases using the Eggplant tool. This role involves creating helper scripts for test automation and integrating these automation processes into existing CI/CD pipelines to facilitate the automatic creation of app releases for Web, iOS, and Android platforms. A critical aspect of this position will be visualizing test coverage and results through comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements (MUST-HAVES)

1. ISTQB Certification: Candidates must hold a valid ISTQB Certified Tester certificate, demonstrating a solid foundation in software testing principles and practices.

2. Agile Methodologies: A minimum of three years of experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies is essential. Candidates should be well-versed in defining "ready" and "done" criteria, as well as developing and managing acceptance criteria.

3. Version Control Proficiency: A minimum of five years of experience with Git is required. Candidates should be familiar with version control practices and collaborative development workflows.

4. Container Technologies: Applicants must have at least three years of experience with container technologies, which are crucial for creating consistent testing environments and streamlining the deployment process.

5. Test Automation Development: Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in developing test automation for applications, including Web, iOS, and/or Android platforms. This experience should encompass creating robust automated tests that enhance the quality and reliability of mobile applications.

6. Eggplant and SenseTalk Expertise: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Eggplant and SenseTalk is mandatory. Candidates should be proficient in utilizing these tools to create effective automated test scripts and scenarios.
