About the Role
As the Chief Product Officer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the product strategy for a dynamic iGaming platform. Your expertise will be crucial in managing and scaling complex product ecosystems, ensuring our client remains a leader in the competitive online gambling landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional gaming experiences that resonate with players worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market demands. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the product portfolio.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of product managers, designers, and developers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, partners, and team members. Ensure alignment on product goals and priorities while advocating for the needs of the customer.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Use insights to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives. Continuously monitor and optimize product performance to enhance user engagement and profitability.
Key Requirements
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Russian and English is essential, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members.
Extensive B2B Experience: A proven track record of working with a major iGaming platform provider, with deep expertise in the gambling industry, is critical. Your understanding of the market dynamics will be instrumental in driving product success.
Product Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling complex product ecosystems, particularly within the iGaming space, is a must.
Strategic and Tactical Expertise: A strong balance of hard and soft skills is needed to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Remote Work Experience: Comfort in leading teams and projects across multiple time zones in a remote environment is essential.
