Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Delivering warm and friendly service while working across the Resorts Conferences & Events space
- Order taking while maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
- Offering additional support to the Food & Beverage department by way of the outlets: The Green Dining restaurant and bar The Cart Takeaway and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar
- Work as part of a focused team living the culture of guest passion and excellent service.
Qualifications :
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience with a friendly guest focused attitude
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster including late nights weekends and public holidays
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Experience within a hotel or resort restaurant bar or banqueting department(s) will be highly regarded.
