Plan and develop menus for the restaurant considering factors such as product availability service cost marketing conditions number to be served etc.
Prepare and post employee work schedules to keep within budgeted figures.
Coordinate and supervise the ordering of all food supplies and kitchen equipment.
Hire train discipline supervise and organize all kitchen personnel.
Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of all food preparation equipment.
Ensure all municipal and state laws regarding hygiene and security are respected.
Direct and oversee the continuous development evaluation and revision of recipes and menus.
Oversee the requirements inventories and maintenance of operating equipment supplies and product stocks for the operations of the culinary department
Qualifications :
The Chef is responsible for managing directing and overseeing the culinary and stewarding operations for RADICI Restaurant including the Bar offer and inroom dining to ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistently highquality service and maximum profitability.

Current on all Italian culinary trends and active in the furthering of his/her own culinary development
