Job Description
What youll do
We are looking for a Spa Intern to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Spa Manager you will be supporting the hotel wellness facility and its operations:
- Manage the reservation processes ensuring the accuracy of data in all systems.
- Greet and assist guests in a warm courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure an excellent spa and guest experience.
- Make sure that all the spa areas are clean tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly in a professional and empathetic manner aiming for swift and satisfactory resolution and striving to resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that the spas standard operating procedures and policies are always maintained.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for...
- Someone who understands celebrates and embraces the SLS brand values.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word Excel & Outlook is required.
- You make people feel good your team guests and colleagues alike. You make a positive impact.
- Ability to multitask work in a fastpaced environment and have a highlevel attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be highly valuable.
