Job Description

We are currently seeking a diligent and detailoriented Security Executive to join our team at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. The Security Executive will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and enforcement of security measures to ensure the safety and security of our guests employees and property. This role requires a proactive approach to security management excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine patrols of the hotel premises including guest rooms public areas and backofhouse facilities to identify and address security concerns.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to any security breaches or suspicious activities promptly.
  • Assist in the implementation of access control measures including monitoring entry and exit points verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges as needed.
  • Provide a visible security presence and excellent customer service to guests employees and visitors while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Respond to emergency situations including medical emergencies fires and security incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address securityrelated issues and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting investigations into security incidents thefts or violations of hotel rules and regulations and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in training sessions and drills to enhance security awareness and preparedness among staff members.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in security operations preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and vigilant while performing security duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic knowledge of security technologies including surveillance systems access control systems and alarm systems.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
