Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of BIM processes onsite ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams including architects engineers and contractors to develop and maintain accurate 3D models and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress identify issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Train and mentor junior BIM staff promoting best practices in modeling and coordination.
- Coordinate with various disciplines to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration of design and construction efforts.
- Prepare and present BIMrelated reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Stay uptodate with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies evaluating their potential application to enhance project outcomes.
- Contribute to quality assurance and quality control processes related to BIM deliverables.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and resource allocation plans related to BIM activities.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in construction management and BIM implementation with a focus on site supervision.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit Navisworks and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes techniques and standards.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Relevant certifications in BIM (e.g. Certified BIM Manager BIM Coordination) are a plus.
