Who are we looking for YOU!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT service management processes based on ISO 2000 standards
Monitor and maintain the quality of IT services ensuring compliance with ISO 2000 requirements
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 2000 standards
Create and maintain documentation related to IT service management processes and procedures
Train and educate team members on ISO 2000 standards and best practices
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments related to IT service management and ISO 2000 standards
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and ensure service delivery meets their expectations
Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor service performance against agreed targets
Ensure all incidents and problems are properly managed and resolved in a timely manner
Continuously improve service delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management with a focus on ISO 2000 standards
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices
Experience in developing and implementing IT service management processes based on ISO 2000 standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and spoken.
