About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to diagnose repair and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role involves handson technical expertise troubleshooting and traveling throughout Eastern Massachusetts to serve clients.
Your Mission:
- Perform Diagnostics & Repairs: Work on refrigeration evaporative condensers ice machines water pumps compressors air handlers electric motors and HVAC units aiming for zero callbacks.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce customer downtime.
- Complete Documentation: Handle all paperwork promptly to maintain accurate records.
- Travel as Needed: Willingness to travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts on an asneeded basis.
- Other Duties: Take on additional projects as assigned by management.
Core Competencies:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivated ethical and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently with a commitment to quality results.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: Valid State Drivers License with a good driving record.
- Availability: Willingness to be on a rotating oncall schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
