You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Associate Veterinarian you will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff to provide highquality medical care to a variety of small animal patients. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge to diagnose and treat illnesses perform surgeries and promote preventative care for pets. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical examinations and perform diagnostic tests on small animal patients
Develop and implement treatment plans for various medical conditions
Perform routine and emergency surgeries including spays neuters and soft tissue surgeries
Administer medications and vaccinations according to established protocols
Provide compassionate care and support to pet owners during difficult situations
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
Valid state veterinary license
13 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates will also be considered)
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
