About the Role:

Were looking for a seasoned Hardware Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on designing simulating and validating highspeed cable assemblies. In this role youll work on cuttingedge hardware design and collaborate across functions to ensure optimal product performance from conception through production. If youre passionate about highspeed communications and data solutions this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact.

Your Mission:

  • Subject Matter Expert: Lead highspeed electronics design simulation and validation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define Requirements: Establish electrical design and functional requirements for new highspeed products.
  • Product Development: Drive product development from design to manufacturing focusing on highspeed cable assemblies.
  • Component & PCB Design: Select components perform schematic design and oversee PCB layout and testing.
  • Analysis & Improvement: Conduct design reviews and make datadriven recommendations for product improvement.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical manufacturing and operations teams to deliver toptier product designs.

Core Competencies:

  • Expert in highspeed hardware design and validation with a strong grasp of electromagnetic theory and circuit behavior.
  • Proficiency in electronic design tools (e.g. Altium PCB ADS Ansys Designer HFSS).
  • Experienced in highspeed cable assembly designs signal conditioning and test equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills for simulation and lab data interpretation with a proactive approach to problemsolving.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in highspeed hardware engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic design tools signal conditioning and highspeed test equipment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading projects across design development and manufacturing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work in a global crossfunctional environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with embedded systems and ANSI C programming.
  • Knowledge of SFF/IEEE specifications for highspeed cable assemblies.
  • Understanding of PAM4/8 modulation techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.

Schedule & Shift Details:

  • Work Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week.
