About the Role:

Were looking for an Inside Sales professional responsible for growing an assigned customer portfolio through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management. The role involves achieving sales targets managing inbound and outbound calls and developing new business opportunities. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills strong sales abilities and a dedication to exceeding quotas and activity levels within the designated territory.

Your Mission:

  • Grow Customer Portfolio: Increase revenue and market share in designated product/service categories meeting and exceeding annual pricing order and revenue targets.
  • Sales Prioritization: Focus on a balanced sales pipeline driving account penetration and managing a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Consultative Relationships: Establish and maintain consultative sales relationships with decisionmakers using sales/service reports databases and coldcalling.
  • Account Management: Track call outcomes and opportunities maintaining detailed knowledge of account history and key contacts.
  • Sales Execution: Present proposals negotiate and secure orders serving as the primary salesperson for tactical sales opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service resolve issues and build customer loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work with field sales and service teams to maximize account penetration and support marketing campaigns.

Core Competencies:

  • Proficiency in businesstobusiness sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline through CRM and sales reporting systems.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or 1 years of successful B2B phone sales experience (or 2 years in a customerfacing role).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication in English.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with account management CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to attend team meetings several times a year including overnight stays.

Schedule & Shift Details:

  • Work Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week.
