Job Description
Job Title: Workforce Management Analyst
Type of Role: Remote contract role
Company: PrThe Workforce Management
Key Responsibilities:
Use UKG PRO WFM / Kronos WFC to optimize workforce scheduling time and attendance and labor analytics
Apply WFM best practices to align workforce strategies with business goals
Conduct indepth analysis of workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels
Coach clients through the change management process to adapt to new WFM systems and practices
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate workforce insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate WFM solutions with other HR and business systems
Qualifications:
3 years of experience with UKG PRO WFM / Kronos Workforce Central systems
Strong analytical skills and extensive Workforce Management expertise
Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
Indepth knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and best practices
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in data analysis statistical methods and reporting tools
Experience in change management and stakeholder communication
Familiarity with HR Technology landscapes and consulting practices.
