Job Description
Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Cincinnati OH
Job Description
Two Openings are available:
- 2nd Shift Monday to Friday 2 PM to 10 PM
- Weekend Shift Friday to Monday 10 PM to 7 AM
Responsibilities:
- Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
- Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks ensuring safety protocols
- Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
- Review KPIs resolve shift problems and inspect operations for quality
- Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance
- Maintain clean safe work areas participate in initiatives and conduct safety observations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead Role
- Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus)
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience
- Computer Skills Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems
- Verbal & Written Communication Skills
