Projects

NSS Projects Division is an Industrial roofing operation working nationally and specialising in maintenance and refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial roofs through liquid encapsulation applications including rooflight and gutter installations. We work across the country from our depot in Manchester with accommodation and meal allowances provided while away from home.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Working in teams on planned maintenance jobs
• Cut edge corrosion
• Coating application
• Warm and cold roof buildup
• Rooflight and gutter Installations
• Deliver long duration roofing projects across a variety of roof types specialising in liquid coating applications servicing

• Cut edge corrosion / coating application / warm and cold roof buildup / rooflight and gutter Installations
• Proven traditional or Industrial roofing experience
• Working at height
• Valid UK driving license
• Must be able to work away Monday Friday weekly

• CSCS labourer or skilled worker
• SSSTS / SMSTS Site Supervisor
• PASMA
• First aid
• Flat and sheet metal roofing
• NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & cladding)

The Division

NSS Maintenance are a working at height contractor working throughout the UK servicing facilities management clients and the refurbishment industry alike. Our national coverage operates from four UK depots to offer planned and reactive building fabric maintenance and refurbishment services to commercial retail and industrial sectors. We currently employ in excess of 600 personnel directly across the NSS group and own a fully serviced truck mounted access fleet which we use inhouse for reactive and planned maintenance and cleaning services.
