About the Role:
We are seeking a FrontEnd Team Lead to lead our team of skilled developers. You will be responsible for managing frontend development projects guiding a team of developers and collaborating closely with designers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of highquality efficient and scalable code.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in the entire application lifecycle.
- Write review and maintain highquality reusable code following best practices.
- Lead and mentor the frontend team setting technical and design standards.
- Collaborate with Backend developers QA and other teams.
- Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug to resolve issues quickly.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and trends.
- Utilize cuttingedge technologies to enhance functionality.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate who you are and requirements:
- Fluent in Russian.
- English proficiency (minimum B1 level).
- Located in Cyprus.
- 5 years as a FrontEnd Developer with experience in leadership.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript React.JS and Next.js.
- Experience in frontend architecture is a big advantage.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and clientside applications.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving teamwork and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.
