Job Description:
Walmart is looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Sunnyvale CA. In this role you will apply your deep expertise in Android development to create and maintain highquality mobile applications. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive successful project outcomes and deliver robust scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain Android applications with Java and Kotlin.
Leverage best practices in mobile app development including software design patterns and architecture principles.
Integrate applications with RESTful backend services to enhance functionality and performance.
Manage large codebases and oversee the execution of complex projects.
Mentor junior engineers and influence best practices across the development team.
Implement thirdparty SDKs and APIs to extend app features.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10 years of Android development experience with expertise in Java and Kotlin.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture app development processes and related technologies.
Proven experience with RESTful API integration and managing largescale projects.
Handson experience with thirdparty SDKs APIs and app profiling tools.
Excellent communication problemsolving and analytical skills.
