Job Description
Olinio is recruiting on behalf of a wellestablished audit firm with a legacy of over 30 years in the industry boasting a dedicated team of over 40 professionals. They are currently seeking a detailoriented an accountant/ bookkeeper to enhance the companys AccountingDepartment in Limassol.

What Youll Do:
As anAccountant / Bookkeeper you will manage financial recordkeeping accuracy and reliability of financial data supporting the firms audit processes and contributing to the overall financial health and compliance of the business.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Accounting Books including preparing and posting bank payments and receipts sales and supplier invoices petty cash transactions and accounting journals.
- Maintaining cash book and other registers on excel and downloading or scanning supporting documentation.
- Referencing supporting documentation and uploading onto our accounting system.
- Carrying out bank reconciliations and accounts analyses.
- Preparing bank transfers.
- Preparation of VAT and VIES returns.
- Assisting in yearend closing and preparation of files for audit. Liaising with our Auditor
- Preparation of Payroll and Social Insurance returns.
- Engage in general VAT Accounting tasks ensuring accurate financial data recording and preparation of the general ledger/trial balance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field would be advantageous; LCCI level 3 is a plus.
- ACCA or ACA qualifications good to have but not necessary
- 24 years of Bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Intelisoft accounting software
- Working knowledge with VAT
- Experience inPayroll preparation will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English both written and spoken.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- No relocation package is provided or any sponsorship visa.
Remuneration Package:
- Office working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 17:30 Friday: 8:00 14:00
- LLCI certifications can be sponsored by the company.
