Your role
- Provide exceptional support to curators judges the registry and the prosecutors office of the court along with companies and private individuals using digital platforms.
- Handle inbound customer service activities including calls and ticket (email) handling.
- Address inquiries related to general information procedural questions platform issues user access and PC configuration.
- Execute outbound customer service activities such as making callbacks to address questions and provide solutions.
- Send reminder and status update emails to ensure timely communication and resolution.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and features on digital platforms to better assist customers.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
Profile
- Fluent in Dutch
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Preferably to have an affinity with law/ magistracy.
- Analytical skills problemsolving thinking and a healthy dose of empathy
- Excellent computer skills and a readiness to acquire new tools
