About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan deliver and evaluate engaging and challenging Maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and learning styles.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure all students develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and can apply them effectively.
- Integrate technology effectively to enhance learning and student engagement.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide clear constructive feedback that helps students develop their mathematical skills and confidence.
- Curriculum Development:
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum ensuring it aligns with the schools vision national requirements and the latest advancements in Maths education.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in Maths pedagogy implementing innovative approaches to enhance student learning.
- Supporting Student Development:
- Build strong and positive relationships with students fostering their confidence and enjoyment of Maths.
- Provide targeted support and intervention strategies to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
