Maths Teacher (FullTime Permanent)
Location: Hounslow West London
About the Role:
A thriving comprehensive school in Hounslow seeks a dedicated and experienced Maths teacher to join its dynamic faculty. You will be responsible for planning delivering and assessing engaging and informative Maths lessons across all year groups. You will play a key role in preparing students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel) and contribute to the overall development of the Maths department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and informative Maths lessons that cater to students of varying abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of mathematics.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel).
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths department and contribute to schoolwide initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths or a related subject.
- A strong passion for mathematics and a demonstrably engaging teaching style.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
