Contract Length: 13 weeksAccepting Local and Travel Candidates

Pay Rate: $2400 to $2592 weekly

Unit: CT Tech Imaging

Shift: 12 Hours; Nights 6.30p7.00a

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed 3 shifts per week Every Sunday Monday Tuesday

Position Requirements:

• CT Technologist experience: 1 year Required
• Imaging experience: Recent/Current 1 year Required
• Prior travel or contract assignment experience Preferrred

Education License and Certification Requirements:

• ARRT Required
• Certified by Ohio Department of Health Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA Required

Job Description:

• Functioning within the Health Systems mission values objectives procedures and policies the CT technologist performs a variety of CT procedures both invasive and noninvasive in nature that may require independent judgment.
• Performs a variety of CT exams including neuro abdomen ortho and assists the Radiologist with invasive procedures.
• Must show ingenuity and initiative to prescribed ionizing radiation procedures used for radiological diagnoses.
• May be required to assume additional responsibilities for designated duties.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to exhibit patience and tact and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all situations with all constituents including patients physicians and other associates.
• Must also demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes be cooperative and collaborative and have the documented ability to work with speed and proficiency while under stress.
