Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons supporting students learning across a range of subjects.
• Provide oneonone or small group support to students who may require additional assistance with their work.
• Help prepare lesson materials and keep the classroom organized to create a productive learning environment.
• Encourage positive behaviour and support students social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure that all students receive the necessary help to achieve their potential.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and contribute effectively to the schools objectives.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of GCSEs in English and mathematicsis required.
• An A Level or degree in a relevant subject is an advantage but not essential.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students staff and parents.
• Strong organizational skills the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
