Job Description:
- The position is for a directhire physician on a fulltime basis.
- Applicants should be committed to contributing to the hospitals growth.
- Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a fourday work week consisting of one partial surgery/partial clinic day and three clinic days.
- The oncall ratio is 1:4 weekdays and weekends.
- Oncall duties include rounding at Birth Center and handling deliveries.
- The hospital handles an average of 350 births per year at a Level 1 nursery.
- Newly constructed office space is located adjacent to pediatrics practice and is near hospital.
- High risk deliveries are directed to tertiary centers in Columbus and Dayton.
- Physician will see patients primarily at main clinic and at an outlying clinic location within 1525 minutes of main clinic. Must be willing to travel to both locations.
- The role includes inpatient rounds.
- Physicians will conduct clinic visits.
- Inoffice ultrasound (and ultrasound techs) and nonstress testing.
- The documentation system/EMR used is Meditech Expanse.
- Candidates willing to start as soon as possible are highly preferred.
- Accepting new graduate candidates as far out as 2025.
- Not open to 1099 candidates.
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again.
- Open to J1 visa candidates but cannot accept H1B visa candidate.
- Not open to providers who want to commute more than 1/2 hour and/or in conjunction with another job(s) must live within 30minute response time or be willing to relocate.
