Overview: We are seeking experienced RPG Developers to join our dynamic team in Springfield MO Kansas City MO and Allen TX. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in RPG development and be eager to contribute to innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RPG applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Write clean efficient code and perform code reviews.
- Participate in testing and deployment of applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Experience Levels:
- 13 Years: Entrylevel RPG development experience familiarity with programming principles and willingness to learn.
- 35 Years: Proficient in RPG programming with experience in application development and problemsolving.
- 5 Years: Advanced RPG development skills experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
- 8 Years: Expertlevel RPG developer with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and strategic thinking.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in RPG (ILE RPG RPG IV) and related technologies.
- Experience with DB2 or other database management systems.
- Familiarity with tools such as Git JIRA or similar.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
