Legal Data Entry Clerk (OnSite)

As our Legal Data Entry Clerk in our Wage & Hour Class Action Department you will have the opportunity to organize data and report on Wage & Hour class action case information involving Unpaid Wages Employee misclassification Overtime pay etc.

As our Legal Data Entry Clerk in our Wage & Hour Class Action Department you will have the opportunity to organize data and report on Wage & Hour class action case information involving Unpaid Wages Employee misclassification Overtime pay etc.
Compensation Range Based on Experience:
- $45000 – 58000 depending on experience
- This is a nonexempt position that is eligible for overtime
Daily Tasks:
- Verify names and addresses of large groups of clients.
- Create sort and export spreadsheets with client information.
- Create reports from case/client management systems.
- Contact clients to assist in updating personal information and documentation.
- Work with attorneys to draft correspondence to clients.
- Monitor largescale communications with large groups of nationwide clients.
Your Skills:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with case management software (CSM) preferred.
- Flexibility to learn new software skills.
- Ability to handle large groups of customer/client information.
- High level of personal communication skills.
