As our Legal Data Entry Clerk in our Wage & Hour Class ActionDepartment you will have the opportunity to organize data and report on Wage & Hour class action case information involving Unpaid Wages Employee misclassification Overtime pay etc.
Compensation Range Based on Experience:
$45000 – 58000 depending on experience
This is a nonexempt position that is eligible for overtime
Daily Tasks:
Verify names and addresses of large groups of clients.
Create sort and export spreadsheets with client information.
Create reports from case/client management systems.
Contact clients to assist in updating personal information and documentation.
Work with attorneys to draft correspondence to clients.
Monitor largescale communications with large groups of nationwide clients.
Your Skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with case management software (CSM) preferred.
Flexibility to learn new software skills.
Ability to handle large groups of customer/client information.
High level of personal communication skills.
