As our Class Action Coordinator in our Wage & Hour Class Action Department you will be the liaison between our legal team and our clients in cases pertaining to unpaid wages meal & rest period and PAGA notices.
Compensation Range Based on Experience:
$45000 – 58000 depending on experience
This is a nonexempt position that is eligible for overtime
Daily Tasks:
Serve as liaison between the Firm and our clients.
Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
Provide clients with regular updates on case progress.
Answer clients’ questions and offer empathetic support during challenging periods.
Your Skills:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
5 years of experience in Customer Service or in a phonebased client support role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience at a Law Firm is highly preferred.
Ability to portray a compassionate understanding and reassuring demeanor.
