Class Action Coordinator Wage & Hour

As our Class Action Coordinator in our Wage & Hour Class Action Department you will be the liaison between our legal team and our clients in cases pertaining to unpaid wages meal & rest period and PAGA notices.

As our Class Action Coordinator in our Wage & Hour Class Action Department you will be the liaison between our legal team and our clients in cases pertaining to unpaid wages meal & rest period and PAGA notices.
Compensation Range Based on Experience:
- $45000 – 58000 depending on experience
- This is a nonexempt position that is eligible for overtime
Daily Tasks:
- Serve as liaison between the Firm and our clients.
- Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Provide clients with regular updates on case progress.
- Answer clients’ questions and offer empathetic support during challenging periods.
Your Skills:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 5 years of experience in Customer Service or in a phonebased client support role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience at a Law Firm is highly preferred.
- Ability to portray a compassionate understanding and reassuring demeanor.
