Job Overview

We are seeking a highly innovative Prompt Engineer to join our AI and Machine Learning team. In this role you will focus on developing refining and optimizing prompts that drive stateoftheart AI models particularly in natural language processing (NLP). You will collaborate closely with data scientists AI researchers and developers to design intelligent prompts for a variety of use cases across industries. Your work will enable models like GPT to deliver more accurate coherent and contextaware responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Design & Engineering:
  • Develop test and refine effective prompts to improve AI model outputs ensuring highquality relevant and accurate responses.
  • Explore creative ways to guide AI models toward better understanding and execution of complex tasks ensuring alignment with enduser needs.
  • Experiment with different prompt structures variables and wording to maximize the performance of NLP models in various applications.
• Data Management & Optimization:
  • Work closely with data scientists to analyze promptdriven model results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize the efficiency and performance of prompts through A/B testing user feedback and model evaluation.
  • Implement prompt engineering best practices to enhance data quality and improve response accuracy.
• Collaboration & CrossFunctional Work:
  • Collaborate with AI developers researchers and product managers to define requirements for promptbased models in customerfacing and internal applications.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of AIdriven outputs into user interfaces and workflows.
  • Provide input on the design and structure of datasets to support the training and finetuning of AI models.
• AI Model Tuning:
  • Work with AI and machine learning engineers to finetune models based on user needs and application performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with advances in AI model architectures NLP research and prompt engineering techniques.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Document prompt templates best practices and methodologies for reuse and scaling across projects.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the performance of prompts including success metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in prompt engineering AI model interaction or a related field such as NLP or machine learning.
  • Familiarity with large language models (e.g. GPT BERT T5) and their applications in natural language processing.
  • Strong understanding of how to manipulate prompts to guide AI model outputs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages for working with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with APIbased interaction with AI models like OpenAI’s GPT or similar.
• Experience:
  • 2 years of experience working with AIdriven platforms natural language models or conversational agents.
  • Experience with finetuning models and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts such as reinforcement learning transfer learning and supervised/unsupervised learning techniques.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problemsolving skills and creativity in developing innovative solutions through prompt engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI models in production environments and deploying NLP models in realworld applications.
• Familiarity with transformerbased architectures and pretrained models.
• Experience with humanAI interaction design or conversational AI.
• Knowledge of prompt generation for specific industries such as healthcare finance customer support or ecommerce.
