Job Description
Location: Plano TX (Onsite) Local
Experience: 8 years
We are seeking an experienced Informatica EDC Developer for a fulltime onsite position in Plano TX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Informatica EDC tools CDGC and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the developer to work onsite at the client location from day one.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work extensively with Informatica EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) tool to manage and catalog data assets.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and optimize the Informatica CDGC (Cloud Data Governance and Catalog) solution.
- Ensure highquality data governance processes by defining and cataloging metadata across the enterprise.
- Maintain data lineage and classification providing insight into data usage and accessibility.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand data cataloging requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 years of experience working with the Informatica EDC tool (MUST).
- Handson experience with Informatica CDGC.
- Strong understanding of data cataloging governance and metadata management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crossfunctional teams.
- Must be local to Dallas TX and available to work onsite from day one.
