For the worldwide scaling of our hunting app MyHunt/Jagdgefhrte our
company Hunter & Companion GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic new
team member to support our Marketing team in scaling our uptake
across Europe and beyond through various marketing and growth hacking
methods.
Are you creative and skilled with graphics/video This is your chance to
become part of the No. 1 Land and Wildlife Management App in Europe:
MyHunt / Jagdgefhrte. We have created an adaptive and intuitive app
for hunters which guides you in the field alleviates paperwork and
provides you the latest information from your friends associations and
the outdoor media.
Our team consists of 14 (and growing) passionate young people
dedicated to new technologies and sustainable hunting. We work closely
together with the hunting community to develop the best possible app for
hunters and improve conservation across the globe.
Tasks
- Support the marketing team in the visual preparation (image research image editing information design print data creation) of various content pieces including
- Videoediting for Social Media
- Photoediting using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Canva Premiere After Effects)
- Supporting the marketing team in the conception and implementation of various communication measures (text video audio graphics).
- Help manage our daytoday social channels.
- Work with some of the leading influencers content generators and partners across Europe to drive adoption and interest.
- Create reports on marketing performance and search for insights to help
- Furthermore you are passionate about learning about international hunting cultures and generating ideas.
Requirements
- A creative skill set and a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva are essential. You will need to independently create both image and video assets to a high standard.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required.
- You are proactive possess a strong handson mentality and are eager to get things done.
- You have an eye for detail.
- Additionally you are numberdriven and know how to optimise performance marketing campaigns or you are eager to learn.
- A passion for conservation hunting and nature or the desire to learn more about these topics.
- Hunting experience or knowledge is a big plus a minimum is an openness to exploring hunting and wildlife conservation
- Additional language skills are a plus (especially French or Spanish).
- You already have some experience in the field of marketing.
- It is advantageous if MixPanel Singular AHRefs (or similar tools) as well as Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads etc. are familiar to you!
