Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join their Project Management Office based in Marbella Spain. This role will focus on delivering webbased financial products that align with their business vision. The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for agile methodologies capable of driving successful project delivery while supporting and coaching teams. This position requires a highly organized professional who can collaborate effectively across the business and technology sectors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master will oversee multiple smalltomedium scale projects through their entire lifecycle from initiation to deployment. Key responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives. The role involves working closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product refine the product backlog and ensure ontime onbudget project completion. Additionally the role will involve risk management mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 7 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a thorough understanding of software development processes.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong crossfunctional relationships.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA Confluence and resource management software.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 SOC 2 and compliance requirements like GDPR HIPAA and PCIDSS.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Experience working in multicultural teams comfortable in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- European Union legal working status is required.
