Job Description

InProcessing Coordinator

9 Months

Richland WA

Description:

SSIS administrator (Security Screening Information System)
Ready2Work administrator
Personnel Access Data System administrator
Inprocess 1400 supplemental employees in preparation for Refueling Outage 27
Handle confidential information of all supplemental employees
Assign training qualifications via the Ready2Work software
Set up and reschedule medical training dosimetry Personality Assessment Inventory and Fitness for Duty appointments
Print and assemble welcome packets
Facilitate the flow of all inprocessing buildings ()
Attend all High Impact Team meetings
Help prepare the inprocessing buildings to ensure they are ready for Refueling Outage 27
Order office supplies

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provide direction to the inprocessing program that includes training oversight and support to all site organizations and affected contractor organizations.
  • Perform administrative and technical tasks as needed to fulfill overall job requirements depending on the specific assignment.
  • Support Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization administratively as necessary.

Required Education and Experience

  • Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience related to project planning and/or inprocessing activities to include scheduling planning and preparing for preplanned events or badging.
  • OR an Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience related to project planning and/or inprocessing activities to include scheduling planning and preparing for preplanned events or badging.
  • OR a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience related to project planning and/or inprocessing activities to include scheduling planning and preparing for preplanned events or badging.

Desired Education and Experience

  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data.
  • Ability to work with the Security Screening Information System database.
  • Ability to work with the Ready2Work software application.
  • Familiarity with inprocessing individuals scheduling and coordinating training and badging requirements

Required abilities and skills

  • Proficient with computers to include Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external departments and contractors.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptable and flexible to effectively respond to changing conditions and demands.
  • Ability to plan and organize with a demonstrated ability to establish goals set priorities and establish time sequence of activities. Resourceful and innovative with an attention to detail.

Desired abilities and skills

Knowledge of or ability to learn company policies as well as applicable state and federal laws relating to nuclear power plants. Knowledge of processes for obtaining unescorted access blue badge access and reinvestigations. Knowledge of training and badging requirements.
