Senior IT Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 10 Years

As a Senior IT Systems Analyst you will be a key part of an Agile team working on building healthcare applications and implementing new features while adhering to industry best practices. You will lead projects analyze business needs and work on data mapping ensuring successful delivery of highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and provide solutions for business problems by analyzing needs.
- Perform sourcetotarget mapping of data to ensure accurate data handling.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Work independently or as part of a team displaying strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ensure proficiency in both technical skills and communication bridging gaps between technical and business teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in data mapping.
- 35 years of experience as an analyst with a proven track record in leading projects.
- Proficiency in technical and communication skills.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry is highly preferred.
