Job Description
Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient Acute care
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Inglewood CA
Pay scale: $65$68/hr. on W2
Shift: Flexible
Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments diagnosing physical impairments and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborating with family members physicians rehabilitation specialists and other healthcare professionals to design comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Integrating traditional physical therapy techniques with cuttingedge approaches for optimal patient recovery.
- Providing guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Documenting thorough progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
- Motivating and assisting patients in overcoming physical challenges fostering a positive rehabilitation environment.
- Managing patient records and updating medical documentation with attention to detail.
- Staying current with advancements in physical therapy and related medical fields.
Requirements:
- Doctorate or masters degree in physical therapy or equivalent.
- Must have recent experience in Inpatient Acute Care.
- Specialized experience with specific patient populations or conditions may be necessary.
- Possession of a valid physical therapy license and relevant certifications
