Exciting Career Opportunity: Physical Therapy Assistant (Outpatient)
Fulltime Permanent Position in Lawton OK
Shift: Days 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $24.50 $27.56/hour (based on experience)
Join a dynamic and compassionate team dedicated to helping patients achieve their best outcomes! As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process working closely with Physical Therapists to help patients regain movement and manage pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of treatment programs designed to improve patient mobility strength and overall function.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to aid in recovery.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize care plans.
- Maintain a safe and effective treatment environment.
Requirements:
- Must hold permanent Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant or have an Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure Required.
- BLS Certification Required.
- New Grads are welcome!
