Roles and responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Engineer for Vans & Buses based in Qatar. You will oversee the relationships with the company existing clients. You are expected to add new customer to our company business through market coverage and building strong relationships with all customers (new & existing), meet and exceed budget requirements.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand customer base within the commercial vehicles sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value
- Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring a clear understanding of the unique value proposition offered by our commercial vehicles
- Negotiate and close agreements with a focus on maximizing profits while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to enhance customer experience and foster loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs, providing insights into product improvements and new market trends
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding product delivery and ongoing support
Desired candidate profile
- Business administration or engineering background qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the commercial vehicles industry
- Good understanding of the commercial vehicles market and product knowledge
- Proven experience in selling commercial vehicles, with a preference for those with gulf region experience
