Roles and responsibilities
A. Sales Channels Programs management:
- Responsible for the design, build, and management of ODH sales channels' programs in collaboration with the Destinations’ Sales teams, CFOs, and CEO. (IE: Brokers’ and Ambassadors value proposition and programs).
- Develop programs collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance the overall experience and communicate to partners.
- Communicate channel programs, strategies & events, and updates internally to drive alignment throughout the business.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and finance to continue to implement and grow programs and ensure alignment across the business.
- Build “so what” driven outputs to steer business decisions.
B. ODH Brokers Portal & Sales E-Commerce portal Commercial enablement:
- Work with the Sales Excellence Senior Director and Channel Enablement Sr. Manager on the development of the go-to-market strategy for ODH portal.
- Work closely with the Channel Enablement Sr. Manager to utilize the brokers portal and attract brokers to engage with ODH.
- Develop ODH Portal Commercial and Financial plans.
- Set & monitor business-related KPIs.
- Develop tactics to expand and scale ODH Portal to increase revenue, lead generation, customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency, cost savings, and value creation.
- Design and oversee marketing plans for ODH portal (including events, digital marketing campaigns, …etc.)
- Track and unpack voice of customer to ensure the usability and efficiency of the portal
- Work with digital marketing/ media teams to increase convergence and adoption
- Analyze and evaluate insights to aid in business strategic decisions.
C. Broker/ Ambassadors Engagement:
- Build a cross-destination broker map to understand brokers' landscape across developers and neighborhoods.
- Ideate and build new approaches for broker acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Desired candidate profile

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or commercial with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, & Outlook.
- Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written.
